How much does a commission cost?
Our design fee is a flat 40 treats, with materials extra. Variation orders after the client has moved in cost double.
Do you build for dogs?
We will consider it, but they must sit in a smaller box than the cat and accept the rules of the household.
Can I supply my own box?
Yes. We call this ‘client provided massing’ and charge a modest handling fee. If the box once contained a small appliance, we may keep the appliance.
What if it rains?
